Privacy Policy & Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: October 24, 2026. Cozy Pattern Lane publishes crochet and quilting resources and links to its digital patterns on Etsy.

Optional email requests

If you submit a signup form and check the consent box, we store your email address, optional first name, request time, chosen crochet or quilting interests, signup page, consent text and consent version in the website's private hosted storage. We use that record to manage requests for future Cozy Pattern Lane updates. Email campaigns and automatic email delivery are not active in this version.

Beginner PDFs and written lessons are available without an email address. The optional pattern-club and free-bundle forms make downloads available on the same page immediately; you do not need to wait for an email.

Storage and access

Signup records are not published on the website. The site hosting and storage providers process the data needed to operate these features. We do not sell signup data or use it for advertising profiles. Requests remain stored until removed by the operator, following a deletion request or project closure. We plan to use Brevo for confirmation emails and requested updates. The connection is not active yet and this version does not transfer signups to Brevo. Before activation, we will update this notice, require email confirmation and include unsubscribe controls in marketing messages.

Your choices and contact

You can browse without subscribing. To request access, correction or deletion of a saved signup, use the seller contact described on our contact page and identify the email address used. Do not send passwords or payment details. No marketing emails are sent by the current website.

Purchases and external links

Paid pattern purchases and digital delivery take place on Etsy, under Etsy's checkout and privacy practices. This website does not collect payment-card or bank details. Product links to our own patterns are commercial links, not third-party affiliate endorsements. We currently receive no affiliate commission for the external tutorials listed here.

Cookies, logs and third-party images

The application does not currently install advertising trackers, analytics tags or marketing cookies. The hosting service processes requests and may keep operational logs. YouTube thumbnails load from YouTube's image service, which receives the request; videos open on YouTube rather than in an embedded player. These third parties have their own privacy practices. Optional row checkboxes keep progress only during the current page view and are not sent to our server.

Future changes

We will update this notice when email delivery, analytics or advertising features change. No Google AdSense ads are running on this website at present.
